OUR 3 STEP PROCESS

Once your items are dropped off and placed on the trays, we begin our 3-step process.

Step 1:
Your items are placed in our commercial-grade freezer for up to 24 hours to ensure they are fully frozen. This step helps reduce overall freeze-drying time.

Step 2:
The trays are transferred from the freezer to the freeze dryer and run for up to 36 hours. Most items take around 32 hours to complete; however, depending on the item’s type, thickness, and water content, additional time—and additional charges—may apply.

Step 3:
You will receive a text, email, or phone call once your items are complete and ready for pickup. At that time, you can bag your items on-site or simply pick them up, depending on the package you selected.
