Service details:
• Up to 36 hours of total processing time • At least 24 hours in a commercial-grade deep freezer • Use of up to 7 trays per batch • Complete dryness verification including using thermal-imaging technology • Text and email alerts when your order is ready for pickup • Access to our heat sealer and other tools for convenient self-packaging Important: This service requires customers to bring their own packing materials, such as heat-sealing bags, self-sealing bags, or mason jars. Packing materials are available for purchase if needed. Please note: Processing times may vary. Items with higher water content or unique structural characteristics may require additional freeze-drying cycles to achieve optimal dryness and quality. Liquids like juices and soups are limited to 5 trays.

By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms: Our freeze-drying services are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or resale. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the booking. Processing times may vary based on the type, thickness, sugar, salt and water content of the items provided. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet safety or handling standards.
